 Dr. Daniel Faiwiszewski, DMD, brings nearly three decades of experience to his leadership role at  Advanced Dental Care of Riverdale. He enjoys working with patients of all ages from in and around the Bronx area of New York City, New York, and takes deep pride in the fact that many new patients are referred to him by friends and family who’ve had a great experience.

Education has always shaped Dr. Faiwiszewski’s or “Dr. Dan’s” professional life. He began his studies at Brooklyn College (CUNY) in New York City, then went on to earn his dental degree at Temple University Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He then completed a residency program at Staten Island University Hospital (SIUH) in New York. 

A lifelong learner, Dr. Dan is always looking for opportunities to expand his skills and knowledge. He has completed more than 1,000 hours of continuing education and is highly sought after as a dental education lecturer.

At the center of Dr. Dan’s practice philosophy is the belief that all patients deserve access to honest and transparent care. He takes the time to fully explain the pros and cons of all treatment options before moving forward with care. 

Dr. Dan is also passionate about the role that patient education plays in overall dental health and hygiene. His goal is to empower everyone in his care to take active control of their own dental health by establishing and maintaining optimal dental hygiene routines.
